Technology Principle
The operating principle of steam-based medical waste treatment equipment is to place medical waste into autoclave with dedicated bins, pre-vacuum controlled by PLC, and then steam sterilized to completely disinfect the medical waste.
When meeting the specified safety emission standards after treated under the pre-set temperature, vacuum pressure and time, the medical waste will be sent into a dedicated shredder for destroying thoroughly. The treated medical waste volume will reduce approximate 50%, and the weight will lose about 20%. What's more, the microbial inactivation will achieve LOGO4 Standard (pathogen sterilization index) and become ordinary city refuse.
