MWO160
1. Operating Principle
Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134° C(273° F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 50 min to get fully sterilized; Then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOG6 (99.9999%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill.
